SMS TERMS

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Beto G Insurance Brokerage LLC, doing business as Beto G Insurance (“Beto G Insurance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you expressly opt in, Beto G Insurance may send text messages concerning your inquiry, requested insurance information, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up, customer service, document reminders, and other communications related to services you requested. Marketing or promotional messages will be sent only when permitted by applicable law and your consent.
CONSENT
By checking an SMS consent box, submitting an authorized form, or otherwise providing express consent, you authorize Beto G Insurance to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology when permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Beto G Insurance does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
OPT OUT
You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe. We will honor reasonable revocation requests as required by law. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. If you later want to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an authorized method.

PRIVACY
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with vendors that support delivery of our messages, subject to appropriate restrictions, or when required by law. Our collection and use of information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier, device, and location.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information by text message unless we specifically provide a secure method and ask you to do so.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
